Sports therapy is very specific to Timing. Focusing on pre-event, during an Event, post-event, recovery, maintenance period, or when an athlete suffers an injury that requires rehabilitation. 

Kristina has worked with the players for the TB Buccaneers, Lightning, Yankees, Devil Rays, and the Heat for over 14 years. She utilizes knowledge of movement, manual therapy technique of the muscle tissue, and posture correction to provide the athlete with the best form of anatomical symmetry to perform at their best.  Each sport requires a different form of therapy. The focused details in the muscle manipulation can significantly help a quarterback get his throw back, a baseball player follow through on his swing better, a Crossfit Competitor to P.R, a Horse back rider to work better with her horse.
