Kristina went to college at USF to study Forensics Anthropology to become a Forensics Medical Examiner. In the summer of 2002, 3 years into her education , at 19 years old, she was in a head on collision with a drunk driver. She suffered a broken C-5 vertebrae (neck), severed transverse ligament, thrown blood clot, damaged TMJ, and a dislocated knee. The migraines and pain were a daily, acute problem.

She underwent bilateral TMJ surgery to repair her jaw and remove the blood clot that lodged 1mm from her hippocampus. With no relief, she consulted her professors to discover any reason the pain would be so intense, and discovered the muscle fibers around the effected areas of her neck and jaw were the primary cause of her pain. In August 2002 she began evening classes at Suncoast College of Natural Health to pursue massage therapy. Her primary focus was to understand how to become well. Barely tolerating the constant pain, she launched a mission to find out how to fix it, even if it meant having to repair herself. Through the manner of this hands on training, she connecting to other people with different ailments, and recognized an empathy for others and a desire to figure out how to help the body to be well. She determined that soft tissue damage in the muscles, toxic food, and a closed spirit all interwove into one theory of an unhealthy, painful body.

She changed career plans. No longer interested in why someone had died, now the goal was to figure our how to extend the youth of each person she worked with and to utilize herself as the experimental subject. The following 10 years she took as many continuing education courses that were relevant to her quest, including becoming one of the first Medical Massage Practitioners in the state of Florida. She also sampled several diets and nutrition protocols and became educated about the truth about food in order to focus on recreating the healthiest body as possible, with zero pain. In the process of all this she became a leading therapist in her industry.

Kristina is a professional athlete therapist with having worked with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning, Devil Rays, Yankees, and several Athletes from around the country. She has also developed several techniques that efficiently correct many muscular complications and has become the only Supervising Therapist In the state of Florida to successfully Train and license an Apprentice.

Her focus has also stretched into the intuitive energetic therapies. She has always been deeply intuitive, with a natural knowing that she feels has always given her "an unfair advantage". She has integrated it into her daily treatments to enhance her therapies. Correcting unbalanced energy with the chakras and etherical body has been of great relief to her patients.

Kristina's daily drive is to be a blessing to each person she meets and to help as many people who have a desire to feel amazing. She has successfully found her wellness. After 10 years of chronic pain, she discovered that her body needs very specific care. She is diligent with her health, weekly chiropractic care, massage therapy, and daily low intensity CrossFit Training. With nutrition she finally identified that by eliminating sugar completely from her diet her migraines practically disappeared. As of 2012, She has successfully removed toxins, gluten, dairy, and sugar from her life and is successfully training others on how to do this as well.

This mom of 3 does not want her kids to someday take care of her. "I want to live past 100 in a healthy, fabulous body and a sound mind. Just because I almost died at 19 does not mean I have the right to sit around and fall apart. The body can regenerate. It can heal. We are made in God's image, and therefore can accomplish truly anything with these bodies and souls as long as we have the intention to be well."
